Your psychological state of mind plays a critical role in determining the success of the programs. Thus I offer counselling on mental wellbeing, motivation and goal setting. Our emotional health also has a huge affect on our physical health. Anxiety, depression & low mood are believed to exacerbate many lifestyle-related health conditions such as excess body weight, heart diseases, diabetes, many forms of cancer, inflammatory diseases and other health conditions.
